Parents remain in a supervisory role throughout and are exclusively responsible for their little ones in order to maintain a fun and safe space for all.
Bookings and payments are made in advance as half termly blocks and are only secured once payment is received. Due to limited spaces, I’m afraid places can not be held without payment.
Bookings are non-refundable subject to a 14 day cooling off period (except where the provision of service has begun prior to cancellation). In the case of known absence you are welcome to request to attend another class that week where space allows, or spaces can be gifted to a friend with advance notification to us.
In the rare circumstance that classes are cancelled by us due to illness or the like, missed classes will be rolled over or refunded. In a force majeure event where something completely outside of control prevents the provision of service, we will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery during the period of that event.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
important things to know:
- Obviously, if you are unwell, please stay home.
- Due to allergies, please keep snacks to before or after class to keep the class and venue a safe space for all. I’m sure we could all snack any time of the day, but it’s only a short time to go without. Similarly, if they need a bottled drink containing allergy risks, please monitor that it is consumed with supervision.
- Please keep outdoor shoes off the floor mats
- Please take all nappies, etc home with you.
There is free parking at the venues:
- Miners and Mechanics Institute (MMI), Vicarage Road, St Agnes, TR5 0TL – there is a free car park on Trelawney Road by the library and residential road parking around the area. You can park for free for 90 minutes, which is long enough for class and a cuppa in the cafe in the next room, but remember to display a free ticket to show start time. (Beyond that, it is £1 for 2 hours, £3 for 3 hours or £5 for all day.)
- Turner’s Hall Scout Hut, Truro, TR1 1SG: there is a large free car park right outside (plus a cafe and a park to play in afterwards!).
- Passmore Edwards Institute, Hayle, TR27 4BU: There are parking spaces at the Passmore Edwards Institute, but there is also free parking across the road and in the bays all along Hayle Terrace. Please note that there are 3 steps to enter the building, but they are achievable with a buggy and it is also important to note that room we will be in at the Passmore Edwards Institute in Hayle is upstairs and without a lift. Buggies can be left in the foyer and corridor beyond downstairs, but please park them considerately to allow access to the other rooms downstairs and if it’s raining, please try to shake off the water before entering to minimise indoor puddles.
